The Chairman's Views
As Polokwane City Football Club we would like to take this opportunity and send our heartfelt condelences to Kaizer Chiefs family as we hear of the sudden death of their goalkeeper coach Alexandre Magnus Bezerra Revoredo and we extend to his family, friends and relatives. We saw his work which started at Orlando Pirates then moved to Kaizer Chiefs, as both produced two of the best goalkeepers in South Africa namely the late Senzo Meyiwa and Itumeleng Khune. We pray that God be with his family in this difficult time. May God rest his soul in peace! Chairman Johnny MogaladiChairman's Congratulation Message

The 2017/2018 season curtain is about to be closed. Let me take this opportunity to thanks all PSL teams for a competitive season. We participated in the MTN 8 for the first time and it is a great pleasure to Congratulate Supersport United for winning the first trophy of the season. It is important to recognise the dominance of Golden Arrows in our MDC League after they won their second trophy since it started. Their dominance must be a study case for all of us and should be a way to go as their first team is dominated by promoted players from their MDC. We also saw Kaizer Chiefs winning the inaugural Diski Shield, congratulation to their technical team and young players as they won it in style.
Congratulation to Bidvest Wits for winning the Telkom Knockout after beating Bloemfontein Celtic at their own backyard. Mamelodi Sundowns has been dominating in recent years and let me also congratulate them on winning their 8th ABSA Premiership League title. The Nedbank Cup final will be played in Cape Town on the 19th of May 2018 would like to wish good luck to both finalist Maritzburg United and Free State Stars. We would also like to welcome Highlands Park in the elite league.
Lastly let me take this opportunity to wish all the PSL Exo Members lead by Dr. Irvin Khoza good luck in the prepation and up coming 2018/2019 Season. We also wishing well to all PSL teams’ good luck in the coming Season.
